Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement
- Evaluate liability and verify insurance coverage to support case strategy
- Negotiate property damage and bodily injury claims to maximize client outcomes
- Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment throughout the claims process
- Draft and review demand packages and settlement documentation
- Communicate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and opposing parties
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide case updates
- Mentor junior case managers and support team development
- Maintain accurate and organized case documentation in the firm’s system
- 3-5 years of experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Prior senior or lead experience in pre-litigation case management preferred
- Strong negotiation and client communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- This position is fully on-site; remote or hybrid work is not available
