We are currently seeking a Front Office Administrator to serve as the front facing representative of our new Seattle office. This is not a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone highly organized resourceful and self motivated who can manage both reception and day to day office operations. As the first point of contact you will play a key role in establishing the professional culture and smooth functioning of our Seattle practice.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Manage office operations, including supplies, vendors, maintenance, and scheduling
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative needs (filing, calendaring, organizing documents, etc.)
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements as needed
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for staff and clients
- Take initiative to improve processes and ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis
- 5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or front office coordination roles (experience in legal or professional services preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and client service skills; polished and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a startup office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Experience supporting attorneys or law firms is a plus
