What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at West Coast Shoe Company?
We are looking to fill a couple production positions in our Scappoose Factory! Come join our team!
Production Worker:
Construct leather boots and shoes using hand tools such as knives, dies, pliers, hammers, etc
Use machinery such as cutters, sewing machines, trimmers, stitchers, sanders, etc
Inspect all work to meet set quality standards
Sit/Stand for 10 hour days and be able to lift 50lbs
Desirable qualities:
*manufacturing experience a plus
*Good attendance
*communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
