Frontier Representative Responsibilities

• Engage directly with residential customers through direct outreach, presenting Frontier’s internet and communication solutions with confidence and clarity.
• Tailor product recommendations to customer needs, emphasizing value, reliability, and service benefits.
• Close sales with professionalism and urgency, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Collaboration with the Frontier Representative team leads to refine pitch strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Stay informed on Frontier’s latest offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages.
• Meet and exceed weekly Frontier Representative performance targets

Frontier Representative Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed goals.
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to handle objections and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
