POSITION OVERVIEW
The Maintenance Coordinator III will support maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability and minimal downtime. This role works closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and lean teams to improve maintenance processes, support TPM initiatives, and optimize CMMS functionality.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, maintenance scheduling experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules based on work orders, priorities, and resource availability
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, planners, and operations to ensure work is properly assigned and completed on time
• Review and prioritize maintenance requests while aligning with production requirements and safety standards
• Track progress of maintenance activities and update work order statuses within the CMMS system
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and collaborate with external teams to improve CMMS systems
• Support development and implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs
• Adjust schedules as needed to support emergency repairs or production changes
• Analyze maintenance data and generate reports related to downtime, backlog, and schedule compliance
• Support preventive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives
• Communicate maintenance schedules and operational impacts to cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for audit and compliance purposes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar software
• Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
