Canvassing Manager Home Remodeling (Base Overrides)
OTE $65K–$180K | Fontana, CA | Door-to-Door Leadership Experience Needed
We're a home remodeling company in the Inland Empire (roofing, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, pools) and we're expanding our canvassing teams. We need someone who's done this before — knocked doors themselves, then built and ran a team that actually performs.
You'll recruit and train the canvassers, run the daily huddles, hold the team to real numbers, and still get out in the field yourself when it counts. You report straight to ownership — no layers, no bureaucracy, just results.
What you'll be doing:
Hiring, training, and coaching a door-to-door canvassing team
Running daily huddles and weekly team meetings
Managing territory and routing so the team isn't wasting doors
Owning the numbers — doors knocked, appointments set, show/close rates
Leading from the front, not just watching from the sidelines
What you need:
Real experience managing a canvassing or door-to-door sales team (Home Remodeling and Pools)
A track record as a top producer before you moved into management
You know how to spot talent and actually develop it
Comfortable with a CRM and basic reporting
