As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customer's first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, address inquiries, and provide information about our services.Appointment Scheduling: Schedule installation and service appointments, coordinating with customers and our field teams to ensure timely service delivery.Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services and gather feedback.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in our CRM system.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, installation, and service teams, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.Sales Support: Assist with inbound & outbound sales inquiries, providing information and transferring leads to the sales team as needed.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC and Solar or related industry.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
