Job Overview
West Coast Fence Pros and West Coast Tree Pros are growing, and we're looking for a motivated individual to help generate new business opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Call past customers and follow up on previous estimates
- Reach out to homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses
- Generate new fence and tree service leads
- Schedule appointments for our estimators
- Follow up with online inquiries and website leads
- Maintain customer notes and communication records
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking with people on the phone
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $XX.XX – $XX.XX per hour, depending on experience
- Bonuses: Performance bonuses for qualified appointments and closed jobs
- Mileage reimbursement when applicable
