Sourcer

• 5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with 2 years supporting semiconductor R&D, hardware engineering, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience sourcing for GPU, SoC, Architecture, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, or related silicon engineering functions.
• Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive talent in competitive semiconductor markets.
• Advanced expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor talent landscapes and key competitors.
• Proven ability to influence and sell opportunities to highly experienced technical talent.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment

Salary : $50 - $55
