Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in San Jose, CA or Gilroy, CA. The Project Manager will play a hands-on role in estimating, managing, and delivering architectural sheet metal projects — including metal roofing, flashing, composite wall panel systems, and more. This position requires strong leadership, financial awareness, and a deep understanding of field and fabrication coordination to ensure every project meets our high standards for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate and manage architectural sheet metal projects including metal roofing, general flashing, composite wall panel systems, and more.
• Create and oversee project contracts, budgets, and costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with accounting on monthly billings, including the preparation of Statements of Value (SOVs) when required.
• Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met and building codes are adhered to.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality through shop drawings, submittals, and detailed field reports to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills and experience in overseeing and managing projects
• Proficient in Excel and Bluebeam
• Knowledgeable with Procore and PlanGrid
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the architectural sheet metal industry is a plus
