Job Responsibilities**
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to automotive systems, equipment, and software.
- Conduct regular maintenance, calibration, and repair of specialized machinery and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement technical procedures and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and safety.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing processes.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to identify trends, predict potential issues, and recommend solutions.
- Provide technical training and support to other team members on new equipment, software, or procedures.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to the automotive industry.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical work performed, including repairs, installations, and calibrations.
Job Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technologist, technician, or similar technical role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems systematically and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with various teams and documenting technical processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE, industry-specific technical certifications) are a plus.
- Experience with PLC programming, automation, or robotics is highly desirable.
