As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Perform repairs on various machinery and vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Utilize an ohmmeter to test electrical components and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical technology
Experience
- Proven experience as a Mechanic
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
