Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary slightly based on experience level but may include:
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT related issues
- Escalate or collaborate with Field Engineers as needed
- Maintain and update client documentation
- Ensure internal systems contain accurate and up to date information
- Communicate with clients regarding updates, resolutions, and next steps
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
- Maintain certifications and pursue continued technical development
- Assist with maintaining organization and cleanliness of workspaces
- Perform other duties as required.
For Level 1 Candidates:
- Foundational knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and basic networking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and process oriented
- Willingness to learn and obtain certifications
- Deeper troubleshooting experience across systems, servers, and networks
- Ability to work more independently on complex issues
- Experience supporting business IT environments
- Relevant certifications or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly both verbal and written
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work scheduled hours
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and tools
