Responsibilities
- Coach residents with their personal hygiene, dressing, general household duties, etc...
- Show off your culinary skills in the kitchen as you help residents with shopping and meal preparation
- Teach residents medication management skills while complying with NH State regulations
- Have a little fun, help residents participate in community activities and events
- Provide transportation as needed

Experience
- 2 years of related experience that provides an individual with an understanding of mental illness.
- Prefer 1-year experience in a mental health setting
- Must be able to become med certified through Agency procedure within 90 days and must maintain med certification according to WCBH standards.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn and use Agency systems.
- Must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to relate to staff, clients and community around a mental health system..
- Must meet qualification of specified TB test.
- Ability to access all Agency sites
- Ability to lift, push and/or pull 10 lbs.
- Have and maintain a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance; and excellent driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Agency and/or State of New Hampshire required background check(s)
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the ability to maintain that confidence
