Salary: $56,773.00 - $77,449.00 

West Central Behavioral Health (WCBH) is seeking a GO-NORTH Grant Manager to lead administration, coordination, and compliance oversight of our GO-NORTH behavioral health funding initiatives and other assigned government grants. This role partners closely with the Director of Government Grants to keep grant operations running smoothly across the organization — from compliance tracking to reporting to strategic pipeline development.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the cross-functional liaison coordinating GO-NORTH implementation, reporting, and timelines
• Support compliance with Federal Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and related grant requirements
• Partner with Finance on reimbursements, draws, budget modifications, reconciliations, and audit readiness
• Maintain grant compliance calendars, obligation trackers, and reporting schedules
• Co-lead development of federal and state grant applications, continuation requests, and amendments
• Research and evaluate new government funding opportunities to build a forward-looking grants pipeline
• Monitor performance against grant deliverables and work with program leadership to resolve variances
• Represent WCBH at GO-NORTH meetings, webinars, learning collaboratives, and site visits

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government grant management, including complex, multi-year awards
• Demonstrated proficiency with federal grant systems (Grants.gov, SAM.gov, agency-specific portals)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in community mental health, nonprofit healthcare, or higher education preferred
