Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting to keep grounds looking pristine and healthy
- Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
- Conduct routine gardening activities like planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as pruning and fertilizing existing plantings
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris, leaves, and trash regularly
- Support general land management tasks including soil preparation, aeration, and turf care using hand tools and gardening equipment
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and lawn care practices is a plus
- Ability to operate power tools safely and responsibly is essential
- Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
