Junior Processor Role Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:
1. File Intake & Setup
- Receive loan submissions from sales/loan officers
- Complete data entry in Quantum Reverse per checklist
- Upload and organize supporting documentation from Sales ShareFile
- Integrate credit reports into Quantum Reverse
- Conduct Financial Assessment review, including:
- LESA trigger confirmation
- Verification of complete financial documentation
- Residual income validation
- Validate product eligibility per lender guidelines
- Notate findings clearly for processor review
2. File Preparation for Processors
- Order title and update HOI mortgagee clause
- Ensure files are fully prepared for Processor to move loan through Funding
- Ensure files are fully prepared for Funders to move loan through Purchasing
3. Loan Officer Coordination
- Communicate with loan officers to obtain missing or incomplete initial documentation requirements
- Enforce submission checklist compliance
4. Quality Control
- Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Maintain clean, organized workflow without direct borrower interaction
