Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Officer Assistant, located in Amarillo, TX. The Loan Officer Assistant will support loan officers in prospecting, communicating with clients, and managing systems. Responsibilities include assisting in calling/texting on Warm Leads that apply online, delivering excellent customer service, while working to be a licensed Loan Officer. This a 40 hour/week position.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Loan Officers and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in mortgage software systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is advantageous
