Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Funding Assistant located in Irvine, CA. The Funding Assistant will be responsible for supporting the funding and loan closing process. Key tasks include compiling, reviewing, and verifying loan documentation for accuracy and completeness, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues, and ensuring timely funding of loans. Additional responsibilities include working closely with other teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, as well as providing excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to review loan documentation and identify discrepancies
- Knowledge or experience in finance and financial services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail
- Familiarity with loan processes and compliance requirements is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
