Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the submission of loan files and ensure all required documents are complete.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and answer questions.
- Perform various processing-oriented tasks to support the loan officers.
Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks. This is the most important skill for the position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
