What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exercise Tech position at West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital?

Maintains a clean exercise floor and the fitness equipment. Assists the Exercise Specialist in programming and in assisting members on the floor.

Educational Requirements:

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: A student in a health related field, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine, and Human Performance
  • Desired: American College of Sports Medicine – Health/Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer certification and/or NASM certification

Experience Requirements:

  • Prefer experience in exercise and fitness

Special Requirements:

  • Basic Life Support, Course C and Standard First Aid
