Job Description:
West-Cal Concrete, Inc. is seeking a Administrative Clerk to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This position will be responsible for the clerical and administrative functions of the company. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for keeping accurate records and assisting with office tasks. This is a Part-Time position with the possibility of Full-Time.
Responsibilities:
- multi tasking various time specific company related reporting and recording
- Entering data into computer system
- Scanning documents into database system
- Maintaining filing system
- Assist with office tasks as needed
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Preparing reports and correspondence on request
- Assist with basic accounting tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, etc. This person must have some accounting experience and must also be able to prioritize their work and be detail-oriented.
