Oakdale Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston is actively seeking an Activities Assistant to become part of our team!Hours: 33.75Week 1 Schedule: Monday (11a-7p), Tuesday (9a-5p), Wednesday (9a-5p), Saturday (9a-5p)Week 2 Schedule: Monday (11a-7p), Tuesday (9a-5p), Thurs (9a-5p), Friday (9a-5p), Saturday (9a-5p)**Can be flexible with days and hours except weekend and Mondays Hourly Pay Range: $16.25- 19.42/hrResponsibilities:Ensure dependable and punctual attendanceAssist or lead group and 1-on-1 activity programsHelp residents to and from activitiesReport changes in resident behavior and safety hazardsDistribute and post monthly activity calendarsEvaluate residents based on backgrounds, interests, and needsMaintain daily attendance charts for residentsFile resident attendance forms quarterly or monthlyParticipate in staff and care plan meetings and trainingMaintain equipment and supplies safely and neatlyEnsure residents receive their mail dailyQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious experience working with residents and have familiarity with resident Limitations needs. Have a thorough knowledge of various resident activities
