In This Role, You’ll
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys.
- Manage active files, ensure accurate reserving, and maintain compliance with audit guidelines.
- Learn and grow through hands-on training, mentorship, and project opportunities.
- Proficiency with technology and strong communication skills.
- Negotiation expertise and a knack for solving problems.
- Experience handling auto and GL/PD claims.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Associate in General Insurance and/or Associate in Claims designation.
