West Bend Country Club is a private, member-focused golf club known for exceptional service, delicious food, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking to add a Food Runner / Expediter to our front-of-house team—someone who works well under pressure, loves being part of a team, and brings positive energy to every shift.
Position Overview:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to get meals to members promptly.
- Check orders against tickets for accuracy, modifications, and presentation.
- Organize meals so complete orders reach the correct tables.
- Deliver food professionally and respond courteously to member requests.
- Keep the expo station clean, organized, and stocked.
- Help teammates with service duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Clear communication and a team-first attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized during busy service.
- Willingness to learn and follow our service standards.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Restaurant experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person. Responsibilities will expand as you learn the position.
