Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses

What YOU will do:
- Train, support, coach HVAC team members to provide amazing customer service experiences
- Drive service and installation sales teams to exceed budget
- Manage HVAC schedule and allocation of resources in day-to-day operations
- Participate in selection of HVAC team members
- Establish and maintain ethical selling and professional installation practices
- Quality control and inspection of HVAC jobs
- Handling customer satisfaction requests
What YOU will bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC Leadership experience
- Valid drivers’ license
- Pass background check and drug test applicable per state law
