What are the responsibilities and job description for the FedEx Ground Delivery Driver position at Wesson Logistics Inc.?
Wesson Logistics Inc, a FedEx Ground contractor, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full-time and part-time delivery drivers in the Zionsville, IN area.
Delivery drivers will be operating out of the Zionsville terminal (located at 10301 Bennett Pkwy Ext, Zionsville, IN 46077) with delivery routes servicing commercial and residential areas within a six mile by six mile radius of the terminal. Our drivers will be operating step vans provided by the employer with an average of 45 miles per day.
We also have opportunities for delivery drivers in Southern Indianapolis operating out of our Greenwood terminal.
CDL License is NOT Required!
Pay: $150-$200 per day. Starting wage based on experience.
Work Hours: 9:00 am Arrival, 9:30 am Dispatch, 5:00 pm Return
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Voluntary Saturday shifts

Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- 1 Year of verifiable job-related driving experience preferred but not required
- Background check required
- Willing to submit a Drug Test and undergo a DOT Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
- Physically able to manage packages up to 150 pounds
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Arrive at Zionsville terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
- Loading and unloading packages from the truck
- Make approximately 100 stops a day to destinations accurately using a GPS system
- Scan and Log Packages
Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies is a plus.
