We’re looking for a Project Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality engineering solutions for drinking water and wastewater projects that make a lasting impact in our local communities. In this role you’ll collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and technical staff to deliver drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical execution of civil engineering projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to develop project schedules, staffing plans, and budgets.
- Prepare and oversee engineering studies, designs, plans, and specifications.
- Guide and mentor designers, technicians, and support staff throughout project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
- Perform quality assurance and technical reviews to maintain company standards.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions with internal teams and clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 2 years of civil engineering experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering design and project delivery.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
