What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervising Attorney position at Wessels, White, & Earley, P.C.?
SUPERVISING ATTORNEY (GRIFFIN)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Growing real estate law firm seeks a supervising attorney to lead and oversee our Griffin office. This individual will balance legal expertise with strong business acumen to ensure exceptional client service, profitability, and team cohesion. The role is first and foremost centered on real estate closings—the foundation and primary focus of our practice—requiring a confident, high-level practitioner who can manage and grow a busy closing operation with consistency and excellence.
In addition, this attorney will play a key strategic role in expanding the firm’s estate planning practice. While experience in wills, probate, and business formation is important, we are seeking an attorney who brings both a passion for and strong knowledge of estate planning—particularly from a tax-informed perspective—and is motivated to lead and grow this area of the firm into a meaningful line of business.
They will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including business performance, operational oversight, human resources, and marketing, while also serving as a practicing attorney.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine legal expertise with strategic business leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial attorney with a passion for both practicing law and driving organizational success.
