We are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL Pharmacy Service Associate who can join our amazing team and continue to elevate the standard of excellence in customer service .

Daily responsibilities:
- Quickly and efficiently handle communication with customers by answering phone calls, text messages, emails to answer their questions and ensure that all of their needs are met.
- Answer pet parent inquiries, take payments, schedule delivery, resolve issues
- Call customers for follow ups regarding their medication or refill reminders
- Communicate Wespaw Pets Pharmacy offerings, policies and procedures to pet parents, vets, and vet staff
- Work closely with logistics partners to schedule pick ups, deliveries, and ensure daily deliveries are completed
- Use multiple online systems and platforms to find information, troubleshoot and solve problems, create and process orders, track deliveries, etc.
- Work together with your team members to ensure all orders are placed and all needs are met on a daily basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
