What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Staff position at Wesmere Country Club?
We are looking for a Front Desk Staff to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Responsibilities include checking in guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the recreation industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information about our Clubhouse, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to residents and guests complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work with other staff to supervise rentals and clean the facilities after the rentals are completed.
- Complete responsibilities associated with closing the facility at the end of the night
Skills
- Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekend availability

Residents who enter the Clubhouse are required to wear a mask during the mask mandate.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
