A Typical Day for a Cook with The Summit: 

• Supports the culinary team by following cleaning and sanitizing standards
• Ensures all kitchen items are properly stored 
•  Prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes daily using chef-approved recipes that highlight your culinary skills.
• Collaborate with Chefs and Food & Beverage Directors while gaining hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
•  Monitor food quality, manage portions, and act quickly to ensure every plate meets our service excellence.
• Follow proper sanitation and waste control practices, contributing to a safe, efficient, and sustainable kitchen.
