Visiting Instructor of Film

This is a nine-month appointment, September 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027. You will teach full-time, the equivalent of five courses per year. The details pertaining to your courseload will be worked out with the chair of your department. By accepting this offer, you agree to teach exclusively at Wesleyan University, unless you have the express approval of your department chair and your academic dean. You are expected to be in residence at Wesleyan for the semester and be an active and engaged participant in the department so as to become a full member of this intellectual community. This includes participating in events, programs, tutorials, advising, and activities of the department. This appointment includes no expectation of tenure and constitutes an “at will” employment relationship. This appointment is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Wesleyan University’s Faculty Handbook and other University rules and regulations promulgated from time to time.
