What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to planned menus and dietary requirements
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Assist with food storage, inventory, and support special functions
• Collaborate with the dining services team to ensure quality and customer-focused service
• Adapt to changing needs while maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment

What You'll Need:

• High school graduate or equivalent (required)
• Active ServeSafe/Food Safety Manager Certification (required)
• Must be 18 years or older to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required)
• 2 years cooking experience in restaurants, fine dining, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare (required)
• Preferred: experience in both institutional cooking and fine dining
