About This Opportunity
This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for CNA roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application.
Applicants must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, which may include:
- 6:00am – 2:30pm
- 2:00pm – 10:30pm
- 10:00pm - 6:30am
As positions become available, candidates from this pipeline will be considered for placement based on current staffing needs.

What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility
- Monitor resident needs and follow infection control practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively and respond compassionately to residents
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care
What You’ll Need
- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required)
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (required)
- Clean IDPH background record (required)
- Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
