What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on support to residents for personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility
- Monitor resident needs and support infection control practices
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment
- Respond compassionately to residents and work collaboratively with the care team
- Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional care daily
What You'll Need:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required)
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment (required)
- Clean IDPH background record (required)
- Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
