What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Two Year Old Teacher position at Wesley Preschool?
The lead teacher initiates day to day activities, promoting state guidelines,as well as mission statement goals and curriculum of the program. While creating a loving nurturing Christian environment for all the children in their care. The teacher monitors the facility for safety, health and cleanliness issues, taking action to remedy immediate problems. The teacher also keeps daily attendance,lesson plans and injury reports for children in their care communicating with parents on a weekly basis ( Prior approval by Director). The teacher is responsible not only for supervision and personal care but also for frequent interaction with the children entrusted in their care. The Lead two's teacher will have a floating assistant but will be responsible for personal hygiene including diaper change and potty training.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
