Assistant Terminal Manager

Wesley Mingledorff Talent Partners is recruiting an Assistant Terminal Manager for a growing organization in the Greenville–Spartanburg, SC area.
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting day-to-day terminal operations, safety, DOT compliance, fleet and dispatch operations, inventory, and team performance.
What you'll do:
- Support daily terminal operations and lead the operations team
- Oversee safety programs and DOT compliance
- Manage fleet maintenance, dispatch, driver logs, IFTA, and DVIRs
- Support inventory management and product integrity
- Coordinate vendors and help control operating costs
- Assist with deliveries, equipment/field maintenance, and warehouse operations as needed
What we're looking for:
- Petroleum industry experience required
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and motor carrier operations
- Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- 2 years of professional driving experience preferred
- Strong safety record and hands-on operational mindset
- Ability to provide operational support as needed outside normal business hours
