Description: Regional Asset ManagerFull-time| $60,000 - $65,000 Annually

Start a career that will make an impact. Wesley Living is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Regional Asset Manager (RAM) to support seven senior living communities in the Memphis area. The RAM will work with community property managers to ensure that all guidelines and expectations are being met as defined by policy. Motivate, develop, hire, and train team members as needed. Ensure communities meet operational, financial, and business goals and all reporting is complete. Utilize property management software to provide timely reports to the Director of Housing regarding property performance. Multi-site management experience preferred.

- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years management experience.
- At least 2 housing related certifications required (COS, CPO, SHCM, FHC, NAHP, NAHP-e).
