About the Role: Maintenance
As a Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Park Centre in Newton
As a Maintenance, you will:
- We are looking for an individual to join our Maintenance team at Park Centre. This person will be responsible for providing a safe, secure, clean and comfortable environment for the entire community including residents, employees, and visitors. Repairs and maintains property and equipment.

Experience
Required- Lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Because you work in the homes of those we serve, we will need you to be able to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- At least two years of prior maintenance and facilities or environmental services experience is required with preference for vocational training in construction trades and/or building maintenance.
- HVAC or steam heat experience is highly preferred

Salary : $1,500 - $3,000
