Duties
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with the intake process to ensure accurate medical records.
- Prepare patients for exams by performing preliminary tests including visual acuity assessments and autorefractor measurements.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient interactions accurately.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team on clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow from check-in through checkout.
- Willing to work Saturdays
