Overtime is available, and you'll also be part of an on-call rotation. Each day starts at our central location before heading out to job sites.YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC TECH:Your day will start at the shop, then you'll head out to help customers across the Oshkosh area. You'll maintain heating and AC systems, troubleshoot problems, and handle repairs to keep equipment running smoothly. You'll also talk with customers, explain your work, and provide excellent service.
