Job Summary: The Program Coordinator at Wesley Glen Ministries, Inc. is a supervisory level position, operating under the general supervision of the Director of Residential Services. This individual will be responsible for oversight and management of the home budget and daily operations of the group homes. Creating and coordinating work schedules and shift coverage for group homes managed. Supervising the Residential Advocate (RA) and Direct Support Professionals (DSP), including serving as Residential Advocate (RA) when necessary. Observation and documentation of individuals’ behaviors and medical conditions. Training and assisting people with daily living skills, social skills and emergency skills including any ongoing training processes. Ensuring the homes maintain a clean and healthy living environment. Ability to respond and effectively manage emergencies and crisis and uphold the mission and values of Wesley Glen Ministries. Appropriately oversee confidential information. Ability to uphold important policy and procedures of the Organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor individuals’ health, behavior, and wellbeing; report concerns promptly
Ensure accurate documentation in THERAP, including daily notes and incident reports
Oversee medication self-administration and coordinate medical appointments
Train and support individuals in daily living skills and community integration
Supervise Residential Advocates and conduct regular team meetings
Participate in ISP development and Interdisciplinary Team meetings
Maintain home safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
Assist with transportation, activity planning, and household financial oversight
Complete required trainings and maintain CPR/First Aid certification
Perform additional duties as assigned
