Position Summary
WFS is currently looking for an Licensed Clinical Supervisor for our Community School Based Behavioral Health Team Service Program. Under the direct supervision of the Director, with some latitude for independent judgment, decision-making and action performs broad range of coordination of interagency mental health meetings, training of staff, facilitating team meetings, overseeing case management and therapeutic services to the children and families, and providing staff supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. May be required to hold a minimum caseload as per program needs.
2. Develops, implements and coordinates all aspects of the program as well as other program activities.
3. Represents the agency in interagency and internal team meetings. Actively participates in the meetings and advocates for consumer’s needs.
4. Establishes, implements and maintains objectives for each consumer in assigned caseload to facilitate successful and timely completion of the identified goals.
5. Receives and processes intakes and assessments in compliance with agency policy, regulations, and contractual agreements.
6. Interacts regularly with Juvenile Court, MH/MR Service Coordination Units, Children, Youth and Families, mental health professionals, school officials and others to secure additional supportive services for program clientele.
7. Identifies, solicit, and arrange for community linkages
Qualifications and Skills
Education
Master’s degree social work, Human development, psychology, counseling or other related field from an accredited educational institution. License required.
Experience
· A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the child welfare field or mental health setting.
· Experience with supervisory responsibility in a child welfare or mental health setting preferred
Licenses, Certifications & Clearances
· Has a valid PA LCSW, LPC, LMFT or other license that enables the candidate to provide licensing supervision.
· FBI, State Criminal and State Child Abuse Clearances
· Valid PA driver’s license
