Foster Care - Case Aide

Job Purpose/Summary

The Case Aide – PT/PRN provides transportation and supportive services to program staff, resource families, and foster children.

This is a care giver role under governing regulations and will typically be scheduled PRN.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: Experience with children and transportation preferred.

Licenses, Certifications & Clearances:

· Act 33/34 Clearances

· FBI Clearance

· Valid State of PA Class 1 Drivers License

· Access to properly insured motor vehicle for client transportation and fieldwork and a safe driving record

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Transports consumers to and from scheduled appointments.
• Supervises visitations as assigned.
• Provides written case documentation.
• Provides supportive functions to the program as assigned.
• Provides case testimonies when necessary.
• Assists in chaperoning events for resource families and foster children.
