Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Possesses strong communication skills and ability to work well in a high energy, fast paced, enthusiastic, and collaborative culture.
- Creates, maintains and promotes strong relationships among clientele base and their judicatory support and oversight teams. Assists and guides judicatory toward successful analysis and decisions.
- Conducts initial consultations and analysis for clientele base. Educates internal and external stakeholders, all with varying real estate aptitudes, to strengthen client understanding, available options, and overall experience of organization’s offerings.
- Conducts site visits on consultation projects as needed.
- Participates in a variety of projects and activities, including promotion of organization on social media platforms as approved by management.
- Coordinates and co-leads workshops to include all planning aspects alongside the Senior Regional Director, Virginia.
- Supports continuous improvement efforts and performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and QuickBase preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate discretion.
- Ability to be a self-starter and perform in an environment with tight deadlines and work effectively under minimal supervision within a team structure.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly with a variety of audiences, orally and in writing, including electronic media.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to organize, prioritize, manage and carry out duties efficiently and within established timeframes.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Travel required. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, or ability to provide own transportation.
Education, Training & Experience
- Associate’s degree or higher with documented success in property development/management/consulting or related experience preferred.
Compensation
Commensurate upon experience.

Full time – Remote with travel, some overnight required
