Wesley Commons, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, located in Greenwood, SC, is seeking a full-time RN/Health Services Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing CNA orientation, training, competency evaluations, performance reviews, and ongoing professional development. Provides leadership and supervision to CNAs while ensuring exceptional resident care, appropriate staffing levels, accurate documentation, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Assists with staff scheduling, and addressing resident and family concerns. Oversees the Infection Prevention Program, conducts staff meetings, monitors quality of care, and supports the Director of Nursing with audits, investigations, care planning, staff education, and regulatory compliance. Participates in management on-call rotation and performs additional duties as assigned.
