Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Manager located in our Health and Rehabilitation Center. The Nursing Manager will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, wound care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising nursing activities, implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role requires strong leadership to maintain high-quality patient care and efficient healthcare services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nursing Management, including leadership and staff coordination
- Knowledge and expertise in nursing and wound care
- Familiarity with long term care
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare setting
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing management experience
