Phone/Internet Sales Representative (BDC)

Job Summary:

Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Phone/Internet Sales Representative (BDC) to join our dynamic team. As a Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining leads through phone and internet channels, as well as providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing clients. This is a full-time, hourly position in the automotive industry, located in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for sales and a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Use phone and internet platforms to generate and maintain leads with potential and existing clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and answering any questions or concerns
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and follow up with potential clients
• Follow up with clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to schedule appointments and promote sales
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership
• Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, features, and promotions
• Participate in sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales performance
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients through the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with other sales team members to foster a team-oriented and positive work environment
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in phone or internet sales, or a sales-related field preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
