What You’ll Do
- Take/defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Handle cases from pre-trial through resolution
- Negotiate settlements
- Advise and collaborate directly with clients on strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of civil litigation defense experience
- Strong legal writing & research skills
- Excellent communication and client management ability
